The customer service was horrible. I never got a straight answer. I kept getting pushed back from the office. No one could tell me what was going on and when I was “informed” it was never accurate. Nothing but lies and misinformation to make it seem like things are being done when it wasn’t. So quick to blame the insurance company but never took accountability when it was something on their end that needed to be addressed.

The time frame they gave me was very long. This shop was referred to me by insurance. I would research if shop could do the work in a shorter time. But the car did look nice upon pick up so there's that.

Estimated time to complete was vague. Told 3-4 weeks which was absurd. Dropped it off on the 6th. On the 10th told it would be ready on the 24th or 27th. Got a call on the 20th that it was ready for pick up. Also, they charge $10 to use the credit card. This really should be absorbed by the shop as a cost of doing business.

The schedule of the works should be near to accuracy, so that customer will know when the car be ready and the customer can make necessary steps needed to be in the area when the car is ready to pick-up. And to rent a car according to car-work schedule.

Jose is young but don't let that fool you. He is knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and provides great customer service. I just didn't give the repair shop a full 10 out of 10 because of other issues I had, but overall I am happy with the results.
