Never. Ps. Even Andrew told me don’t come back if you have auto body repair. This was our 3 rd time back. The other 2 times was above average service with Andrew. Sometimes employees get to comfortable and think they x an talk to customers anyway they want when they have problems at home or work. That’s not good service and honestly a good employee to customers not to come back. He should be confronted with his outburst with me. I even asked him. Andrew ? Do you know what customer retention is? He then apologized. He knew he treated me badly. I’m a salesperson for 30 years. I have never treated a customer poorly because I’m over loaded with to much work or problems at home.

Andrew , told me next time you have a car repair don’t come here. ( 3rd time we have taken our cars here) Wow! I told him I’m a salesperson. I would never tell a customer that. Show me some empathy. He promise to get an estimate 3 times for the t rod and boots. He never did anything. He called me my car was ready. When I arrived it was not assembled. I was frustrated because I paid Uber $40 round trip. He called me a second time and again it wasn’t ready and laid $40 round trip. My last trip for pick up. There was a alert of headlight malfunction. Jose and Evelyn helped me. Normally, you should never pick up your car with malfunctions. But I needed my car. More malfunctions after I took it home. It turns out there was a cable not connected and a family friend mechanic fixed it . I’m going to take Andrew’s advice and never come back. I believe every customer deserves the wow service ! Way over wonderful. He gave me a $ 100 credit and I spent $80 for two visits when they said it was ready. PS. Jose, apologized on my last pick up and even said he wished he could have helped me because he recognized Andrew didn’t do his job. Also, the office help- Wendy would lie to me when I called . He’s not in the office and I was outside and Andrew was there. Terrible experience. The last 2 were above average. .

Terrible service. They just kept lying. We’re so busy. We’re putting you ahead of other customers. Tried to give me the cheapest parts. At first Wendy and Evelyn wouldn’t let me talk to the estimator with my concerns . They definitely were not transparent. Refused to show me the parts, work completed and undercarriage . Until, I was firm with them. Etc. No return calls when I left messages. Just a bad experience. I hope it’s a learning experience for Victors Auto Collision. And I have some over spray on a small section of my car. But I rather pay someone else to polish it out than take it back to them.

We took our car due to someone putting acid on my car and they still left white marks on the side. Didn’t really paint it very well. On top of that they charged me 400 dollars more to fix the bumper and when I got my car back bumper was still loose. I am not satisfied at all. I am upset that I have to take my car back after being charged for them not to do very good service.

Work is half assed theres gaps between front bumper and fender and gap in left headlight and bumper theres overspray all over my car there was an extreme lack of communication with body shop every time i called theyd tell me we'll give you a call back and out of 6 times they said theyd call me not once did they call me back front desk office lady had an attitude just cause i kept calling sense i paid 1.5 months for a rental out of pocket expense costing me total $2,369 just for the rental then when my car was finally done i was expecting to pay $1000 deductible only to find out i had to pay $2000 deductible for the 2 claims which is BS and nobody even bothered to mention it to me my insurance was charged $1800 plus $1000 deductible for a deep scratch pretty much so price gouging was extreme on that one the $1800 was more than plenty but they charged me deductible also... i honestly feel like i was taken advantage of and disregarded as a paying customer only because i wasnt driving no Tesla or luxury vehicle i was put at the bottom of the least even though i told them numerous times im paying out of pocket for rental insurance screwed me on that they didnt care after i dropped off vehicle it took 2 full weeks for them to even remember my car was there to barely start the estimate that also needed to get approval from insurance and after all my expenses and time waiting and lost money on unexpected deductible costs and unexpected ridiculously long rental car time cost my car wasnt even repaired good theres gaps and overspray everywhere doesnt even look like they buffed and polished to make the rea or middle end of vehicle match the front at least... this has honestly the entire experience was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A BODY SHOP... i was happy too thinking i had chosen a good body shop cause reviews were ok but after checking most of the good reviews ONLY from customers with luxury vehicles everyone else with an average or normal car had complaints... i wouldnt recommend this body shop to anyone if it was the last one in the country... 😕 major disappointment

For the most part my car was repaired. Not all scratches from repair were painted/fixed. There some minor scratches on my car remaining and new paint chips on the lining between the driver door appeared. The gas was at slightly less than a quarter tank when I received it which was way less than when I turned in my car for initial repair. I was called to pick up my car on Saturday 9/2 paid the deductible and signed paperwork and waited and at noon I was informed that my car would actually not be ready because something broke. I understand this happens and that’s okay but I would have appreciated not being made to wait for my car and at the closing time of the shop being told I would not receive it.

1. This shop consumed some of gas and did not refill my car. 2. This shop was inconsistent with the timing they told me to pick up my car. They made me waste my time and go on a Saturday to pick up my car they told me it was ready. Turns out my car was not ready and the technician told me as an excuse that there was something they broke so they were unable to issue the car that day. (Saturday September 2). 3. They did not fix all the pain job they needed to fix. There are pain chips on my car. I called about this already. 4. I just realized today September 24 that my back seat car weather mats are missing. I did not realize this before until today that I got a car wash. (I was and vacuum my own car, no external car was service). This is unacceptable.

I would recommend Victor's Auto Collision to others, but I do have one issue. I believe my car should have been thoroughly inspected to make sure that not only my rear end was repaired but make sure that at least my rear tires were looked at and repaired because once I received my car I had a flat tire which could have been avoided. Now I have to find a place to fix my flat tire.
