Overall, aside for the few minor inconveniences, I found the staff very friendly and responsive. Repairs were done fairly promptly. And because staff was so quick to address any of my concerns without argument, I would definitely return or recommend this shop to others.

The only minor issue was that there were some small scratches to the bumper that were not initially noticed or buffed out until I mentioned it to the staff.

Alex was attentive and polite. He knew who I was whenever I would call, and for most part, he kept me updated on the car and insurance status. Only minor issue was that Alex asked me to come pick up my car on a certain day only for me to later discover that my insurance had yet to send the last added payment for repairs. This was a minor inconvenience in regards to coordinating a ride to and from the shop and delayed pickup by a few more days.

I was pleased with the job until I noticed that my bumper was not put back into place correctly. The fitting was very obvious that the bumper was not latched properly onto the brackets. Also a tiny bubble of the clear coat was on the car. I pointed this out too the man who gave me my keys he said too bring back in whenever and it could be fixed same day.

Great experience with Fix Auto Northridge. The staff was really nice, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. They kept everything easy and I was even able to pick up my car earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend this place if you need repairs done on your Tesla!
