They rubbed the paint out that caused the damage but that was all they rubbed out. For the price that I payed over a thousand doll dollars I feel the other minor scratches on the surface should have been removed as well. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t get billed for storage for the three weeks it sat finished in there lot. The staff was very courteous and served me well. I appreciate that.

Greg took great care of me. I was in a time-critical situation with a Cybertruck that needed a bumper and a couple parts replaced. He squeezed me in and got it turned around fast. The work was solid, communication was straightforward, and the price was fair for what was done. Not every shop can handle a Cybertruck, so I appreciated that it was done right without any hassle. Greg deserves recognition. He made a stressful situation easy.

Alex and the team were extremely helpful with updates and visibility into what was happening for repairs. They even went the extra mile to take care of an unrelated issue on my initial claim just because they noticed that it was something wrong that they could easily fix (front and passenger seat backing glue made back panels loose). Would highly recommend to others needing a great body shop.
