The process took a little longer than expected due to some delays. Though I am very satisfied with the outcome. My vehicle unfortunately got rear ended which required repairs. The customer service was great. Both receptionists handled my inquiries with patience and professionalism. The repairs were done well and im assuming if my insurance company didnt suck, would have been completed much faster. Never the less the reason i gave a 9 rather than a ten, was they have an automated system that had informed me that my car would be ready and it was not until a week further out than the already close to two months it took to get back. Upon getting my car back one of the system lights came on as malfunctiining and I waited till today a Monday to call and explained what was happening and was reassured it would be checked out so another reason I believe this is a quality company. So, other than their automated system messing up my cars completion date, I have only positive things to say about this place.
