Did not keep in contact, we’re supposed to have my car for 10 days and it ended up being over a month. I had to call and ask about it once a week. Some of the repairs that were done, were not even done right. The new mirror that was put on doesn’t work. The alignment that we waited so long to get done isn’t even right. My car pulls worse to the left now then before the accident.
