Never again. Brought my 2015 Subaru wrx sti to Kortes collision to have a new hood put on and painted through my insurance due to falling tree branches. Got the car back, and there were fish eyes everywhere and could still see red everywhere that they didn't paint ( the car is black). They obviously got a used red hood, wet sanded and sprayed black over it. The edges of the hood and hood scoop were still red, so I brought the car back when they said they would fix it. Just got the car back again, and now there are swirl scratches and wheel marks over the entire hood. Also still numerous fish eye blemishes. They said they would keep the car again, but at this point, it's obvious they don't know what they are doing, so now I need to pay out of pocket to take it to a good body shop and have it fixed. Matt seemed nice enough, but how he thought the car was good enough to give back to me, twice, is beyond me.... it's crazy because I've read nothing but good reviews, so I really don't understand how it could look like this. Use Kortes collision at your own risk. My one star review is me being generous. I was super nice and didn't bother them once to get the car back sooner. If anything I asked them to take their time and told them no rush. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Had high hopes due to the great reviews, but wow.

Very upfront about ordering parts, time it would take for repairs and it was actually finished a day ahead of time! My car was also spotless inside and out when I got it back! I would recommend them to family and friends or anyone else for that matter.
