Kept us informed on the process and the steps that were being taken.

Again calling us to let us know were they were in the process of repairing our vehicle. Schrader Collision was repairing our vehicle that was repaired by another collision shop that did a very bad job. The other shop never called us and we had to pursue them. Schrader Collision was just the opposite of the other shop.

Paul looked at my car right away. He gave me a fair estimate. Schrader took me in on the exact day they said there was an opening. I got an update notification about the progress for my car. They had my car finished in the time frame that Paul indicated. They did an excellent job fixing my car.

The car looks great and the repair was very fast! I was surprised that the car was parked out front, unlocked with the keys in the visor. There have been many instances in the neighborhood where people had their unlocked cars burglarized. We would definitely bring our cars for body damage back to Schrader’s.

They went above and beyond in my book!! A little on the completion date, but things like that should be expected. When I picked up my vehicle I was amazed at how they presented my vehicle to me. Everything was cleaned and detailed. Thank you for the awesome service..
