We had to bring the car back because there was no quality assurance, they didn’t check to make sure everything was in working order before we left the shop.

Customer service wasn’t great. When I called in, it seemed like whoever answered the phone was annoyed, they didn’t answer any questions directly, and often we had to call back multiple times. They weren’t great about communicating, and when I received the initial email, there was no identifying information on the email at all. I thought it was a scam, so I didn’t answer the email. They never called, just sent the same email again, with no identifying information. The only reason I figured out who it was from was because I looked at the email address. There were also issues with the insurance claim, and our insurer needed to call to help them, and they also had issues when calling.

The worst experience I’ve had with a body shop, it took 3 times going back and my truck still isn’t working properly. I would take a vehicle here again. The only reason I went in the first place is because I had to choose someone in travelers repair network so I’m quite frustrated with the insurance company too if this is the type of quality there so called pre vetted repair network delivers

Shelley and Diana — and our ace collision specialist whose name I did not get—were wonderful. We hit a couple of temporary roadblocks due to the fact that we have a 2003 sports car and parts can be hard to find and fixes can require special ingenuity —but the staff were undeterred and in no time we were on our way. The car looks superb. Communication was excellent. We also very much appreciated the coordination with Enterprise to secure a loaner vehicle. The whole experience was perfect. Thank you!

Very happy with how things turned out. Even when an issue came up with the repairs I was helped out immediately which was nice. I also appreciated the constant communication and updates throughout the repair process. And I loved The fact when I got My suv back the inside had been cleaned alao.
