They changed my finish date 5 times and ended up having to pay over 1000 for keep having to add days to my rental. The receptionist Samantha was nice and they put my light bar on that doesn’t work now.

Shelley was extremely keen to my needs and getting my truck back. She pushed to get me in because I use my truck for work. I would recommend them for all your body needs. My truck was delivered washed and clean. You can't tell I had anything done.

I’m pretty happy with the repair. However one item that was supposed to be fixed was not fixed. There was a dent in the front quarter panel that I think was in the estimate and was not repaired. Some rusty used bolts were used in the wheel well. There was a large scratch on the new hood. There were grease marks on the outside of the vehicle. A cup of coffee was left in the cup holder and that froze and expanded out into the cup holder, they could have just thrown that out.

The repair crew did a great job! That’s a 10. It took too long, perhaps couldn’t be helped. That’s a 3. I would have liked more automatic updates. I got 3, and was promised another which didn’t come through. That’s another 3. After 10 days in the shop, I’m glad to have my car back! It looks very good. Mary Lane

I am very satisfied with talking my car for repairs with Bernatche Auto Body. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely wonderful. Especially the young lady at the front desk for the patients she had to answer all my questions. And also for the renter car, she made it so easy for me when I returned it. The car looks amazing. But my back blinker light was gone and I needed to come back for a fix and later I found thar my back seat belt would not work because there was a flashlight stuck between the door and the seat..minor stuff and everyone was nice but not 100 percent satisfaction..
