The drop off process & getting a rental was simple & quick. The communication system used to inform of progress was totally irresponsible & misleading. It was obvious by the second week after the initial anticipated completion date, there was something more going on. I was not happy to hear something had been missed on the grill & additional parts needed to be ordered. That is simply poor customer service. The repairs went past the allowed rental time frame which was stressful as I was not sure how I would pay for the rental. Bernatche autobody did the right thing & paid for the extra days I needed the rental, but the extra effort & stress on my part made the experience barely worth the rating of 5. I gave it a 5 because the vehicle looked good & did not have to pay the extra days for the rental.

I was very pleased with the repair work that was done on our 2024 KIA Niro. Looks good as new. I was pleasantly surprised at the fine detailing job our car was given before returning it to us. Nice touch! One suggestion: it would be nice to have someone explain the repairs that were done and answer questions (e.g., why the headlight assembly had to be replaced when it was functional when the car was brought in).

Quality work - looks like new! Quick service that was completed ahead of promised date. Vehicle was even washed prior to return!! Jim Smith - my estimator- did an excellent job communicating to me the work that needed to be done and why and was very patient with all my questions! The lady working the front counter was efficient and professional. Basically everyone I dealt with was polite, responsive, and very knowledgeable.
