The job was well done and the whole staff was very friendly. My ONLY pushback is the lack of communication on the finishing date. It was supposed to be ready on a Thursday and I did not receive a call, so I called at the end of the day to check the status and they informed me it would not be done in time but tomorrow. Friday, the same thing happened...No word, so I called again at the end of the day and again not ready. Monday had a similar story where I heard nothing so I called and this time, they could finish it. Just a little frustrating that the estimated date was not accurate and that the communication was all on my end reaching out. Other than that, the work and the people were always great, but I'd improve on that communication piece. Thank you!

Back windshield wiper was put on upside down. It provided us with a good laugh when we noticed it, and we appreciate that you fixed it immediately. Other than that - quality was exceptional.

I would love to attach all the photos of overspray and drips that are still there and the run around we received to the point that even Geico stopped paying and they were no help because they are the insurers for people who hit us we are in the business of detailing and repair boats ie paint work we tell anyone who can hear us to stay away from Bernatchies they are riding on the credit of the past worst experience ever

All good and quick turnaround! I did appreciate getting a notice beforehand that there might be some variation in paint shade between panels, particulalry with bumper covers. That is perfectly understandable that the whole vehicle does not need to be painted, but letting me know ahead of time treated me with respect. Thank you.

I was happy with the speed of my repair and that customer service I received. My only complaint is that there was one plastic cover near my windshield that was not resecured after repairs and it nearly flew off as I drove away. No real issue though as it was easy to resecure.
