I've had my car repaired elsewhere and I had a much different experience at Bernatche. Overall, I was let down.

The area surrounding my right headlight is all scratched up. It looks like they forgot to paint that area when reattaching the bumper. My car was also left there for a month and one of the tires had extremely low air in it upon picking it up.

I have multiple complaints. I was initially told my truck would be ready in 4 to 5 days and that I would be getting updates. I then kept getting texts saying that it would be done July 5th, which would be 3 weeks. I called multiple times to understand what was happening and to relay I needed my truck completed timely as planned. Ultimately it took 11 days. I looked at the repair when I arrived and noticed the 4x4 emblem had not been put back on. Luckily someone found it and it was attached . When I got home, and looked at the whole truck, not just the section that was repaired I found some overspray paint on the passenger door and two long scratches on the drivers side that I know were not previously there. I do want to note that the woman at the front desk was trying to be helpful.
