Dropped my truck off for repair with an insurance claim on my front end, awaited repairs for the truck for a couple of weeks for parts to come in. Upon completion of the truck and pickup, a large scrape across the drivers side door was noticed and they admitted guilt it happened on their behalf. They then said they would fix and cover charges, a week passed as they fixed this piece. Now after receiving my truck back, the passengers side rear end now has a large scrape down the side and a chip on the wheel. Been without my vehicle over a month, came to have one job done. Now having 2 additional issues with my truck.

I would have given a higher score but there were a few issues. First issue was that I was given a price quote, in and out of the door for one amount. My “job” should have taken around an hour to complete, but it was several days before it was “ready”. However, upon me picking up my car which still was missing a cover to my side mirror, I was then informed that the part ordered didn’t include another piece so it was just added on and not even discussed prior to installation. Now, I understand things happen and sometimes certain things are overlooked, but it wasn’t even mentioned. So the price increased another $200 on top of what was quoted. So I then just stated I didn’t appreciate not even being mentioned to about the extra cost, and how this new piece apparently needed to be painted. I then opted out to not have it painted as it would be even longer without my cover for my side mirror and I can’t go even longer without my vehicle than had been already. I assumed for the inconvenience it would have just been painted as an apology on the businesses lack of professionalism along with the partial refund of labor and paint they would have needed to do in order to make it right. However, that was not the case. I was also told certain scratches would be buffed out of my vehicle upon being there as well, and those too, were not even touched. While, I understand things happen, and we can’t always predict these events, I still feel certain things that are said to be done should have been. And I also feel my cover should have been painted since even if it was the initial quote it would have been for an actual completion of the job. Overall, I do not feel I would go back in the future. Just due to lack of communication and lack of fully completing a job I was told would have been no more than an hour to complete.
