I will be sending photos to vive as well as to State Farm. There was extensive damage to the interior of the car that went undetected until I was sitting in the passenger seat. The passenger visor was broken and poorly glued, there were greasy fingerprints and handprints staining the off white interior, the right passenger roof handle is broken and completely detached, watermarks on both sides of the sunroof, fabric not properly set on the material above the front passenger seat. Incredibly poor quality work. Prior to that when the car was picked up the antennae was not reattached causing a second visit for repair.

the communication wasn't great surrounding an accurate estimate of how long it was going to take. there were unexpected delays that caused it to take more than 3 times as long as I was quoted and it wasn't clearly communicated to me.

Everyone was very nice, and the repair work was satisfactory, but it took a long time, despite having ample time to order parts before the work began. If not to be able to order parts, what purpose was there in bringing the car in for the estimate?
