Excellent service started with receptionist/office manager. The gentleman reviewed what I wanted done replacing tailgate. Provided estimate. Agreed to scheduled appointment and parts I had for repair. Brought truck in and they started work and found my part had damage inside of box. We had several phone calls between office and myself to get the correct parts undamaged from suppliers. The work was completed to high quality and awesome paint job. Must say the office made many enjoyable updates on part acquisition and progress status. Will recommend this shop in Conklin to others and will bring my truck by for more touch up work.

The overall work was great!! The refurbished headlight cover- not so much. It was cloudy and had white all over it and looked old compared to the one on the other side. Other than that we are very satisfied- with Travelers and Vive

Loved them!! They kept in touch all the time by phone and text keeping us informed. When following me home from there my husband noticed my back brake light was out. Called Vive, took it in and they replaced bulb and buffed out the headlight cover to make ot look better- no charge for either.

While the repair of the hail damaged car was not something I was looking forward to combined with a high level of stress the experience turned out to be great. The folks at Vive specifically Cameron and Kyle were fantastic. The work done appears to be flawless and I’m so far very pleased and totally satisfied with the entire experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks and should I ever need their services again I would not hesitate to go back. They made what was a dreaded task so much easier.

The staff and employees REALLY took care of me and my car, from day 1 calling asking so many questions because I had never been through this process before. My questions were answered honestly and kindly. I stress the kindess part, as I was crazy stressed out. Not once was I treated with anything other than respectfully and kindly. THANK YOU VIVE of Binghamton, my baby LOOKS AMAZING, like nothing even happened. She was even detailed to my surprise which was an added bonus I was not expecting!! 1000000/10 will recommend you to anyone.
