Camryn and Kyle were very polite and very helpful the whole time my car was there. Camryn answered any questions or concerns I had every time I called. I never felt like they were avoiding me or trying not to help. Camryn and Kyle kept me informed the whole way through. I was very relieved to have people help and keep me updated on everything. This was a much better experience with this shop compared to the experience I had with Carstar in vestal a few years back.

The repairs are fine, the paintwork is not great, the inside of the drivers side door still has cosmetic damage from the accident. Actual structural repairs were good and the car drives great The cosmetic details are sub par. I also had to pry information out of them. Each time they said they would call me with the estimate, or update me with the repair progress, they did not
