Finding the front grill that I wanted seemed extremely troublesome for the parts department. I was finding alternatives online myself that they couldn’t seem able to see. I don’t feel they are set up well for seeing what is available for a given vehicle. My perception was that they locked in on the 2020 2500 HD LTZ and couldn’t look across different trim levels at front grills that were obvious fitments. So that was a little frustrating.

Auto body shop mgr. was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Car was repaired in minimal amount of time and I was updated daily on the progress. Car was returned and had been washed and the inside cleaned--a plus.
