It may have taken them a month to get mine fixed, but I'll tell you what they did an awesome job!! They also gave me a loaner file mine was getting fixed. I would recommend voice any day everyday to everybody!!

I gave a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with my vehicle and full coverage insurance. If they aren’t happy in the body shop, they should leave not take it out on the customers. I LOVE the service department. Collision is nothing short of a joke that I would NOT recommend.

I suppose it is finally fixed so that counts for something. Took 2 MONTHS and nothing but excuses. (No they weren’t waiting on parts)

A rock hit my car and damaged my front trim and roof . My car was only a year old . They repaired it and it looks brand new again . They made the appointment at a time when convenient for me and gave me a loaner car to use while my car was in for repair. All the staff there were so knowledgeable and professional . They made the process seem so easy and I will recommend them to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again!
