Everything looks great, except while reinstalling the hood , the window was chipped and now I have a crack. Not sure when I will be able to get this checked out.

I give an 8 out of 10. My vehicle looks great and they really provided some very very good service to me, treated me with respect, kept me informed, and went above and beyond with the repairs on my vehicle! It deserves a 10 out of 10 but unfortunately I had 3 things that I’ve noticed so far stolen off of my vehicle and replaced with very very low quality parts and it’s super unfortunate that they would do something like that. Another reason it’s not 10 out of 10 is because I have spots of BARE STEEL on my freshly painted front fenders in a spot where it’s going to be directly impeding the flow of slush and salt off the road so it will be rusty in 6 months! Not impressed with that! Overall they did a really great job, even with a couple pretty significant problems I’d probably recommend them to anyone.

Service department lost my spare key and can’t get it reprogramed at dealer would like a call from a supervisor or manager asap to correct issue. Job wasn’t complete upon accident.
