It didn’t appear that the damage was completely repaired to the estimate. Used parts were reused on newly paid for repairs and not all damage was repaired. It was addressed over the phone that everything was fine with the car until I came and observed it was not. Now I was told to bring it back and it would take an additional two days to complete the repairs and Voss would take care of it since it was part of the original estimate. I just have to make additional arrangements to drop the car back off after being there already for a week.

Excellent result to a badly damaged vehicle. The lead time for parts was ridiculous, over 3 months to get it back? Outside of that communication with customer servicewas great.
