Excellent result to a badly damaged vehicle. The lead time for parts was ridiculous, over 3 months to get it back? Outside of that communication with customer servicewas great.

Almost six months to finish the repair... Six months.... The car needed to be returned three times. There is still a small paint defect in the bumper. I've had much more extensive repairs finished in a couple of weeks. The mechanical work was initially ignored. Three of the receptionists were always helpful. Two of the receptionists were often very difficult and demeaning. This was unquestionably one of the worst car repair experiences I have ever had.

This is my second time using Voss Collision. I would not recommend anyone use your shop. With the length of time the repairs took, the ignored mechanical issues, the fact I had to return the car to the shop three times, and the two rude customer service individuals -- I cannot recommend anyone trust you with their vehicle. This was an overall very negative experience.

This score is diminished because of the almost six months it took to complete the repairs. I've had much more complicated repairs take only a couple of weeks.

Sandra and Buffy were excellent to deal with. Both were very friendly and helpful. The folks in the shop expedited the window installation after they heard I needed my vandalized truck back.

The staff at Voss Collision Centre is amazing. The employees at the reception area are very friendly, helpful, professional. The employees in the body and repair shop do an amazing, beautiful and professional job on fixing and repairing all damage that was done to the vehicle. They are fantastic!!

The Voss team did a wonderful job and provided feedback on where they were in the process which I appreciated during inspection when I picked it up we discovered a panel that had a broken tab. They took it back in the shop right then and attempted to fix it discovering that it couldn’t be fixed they have ordered a new panel and will be back to me when it comes in. I really appreciated their effort in this and everything has gone according to plan so far again thank you
