Attention to detail lacking. Paint defects and scratches over looked. Drop in bed liner improperly installed. In addition, had level 1 detail performed...looks like a couple of teenaged boys in a hurry did the job.

Repairs declared complete on damages caused by water intrusion. When wife picked up car and paid the bill, water poured into car as she attempted to drive off lot.

I was happy with car, but when I picked up car there was a damage from a car door which was upsetting, but when sitting in parking lot, I suppose that should be expected, still upsetting.
