They forgot to rerun our shelf for the hatch. I found a clump of paint on my door handle and was told it was a courtesy job. Perhaps courtesy jobs should only be done if they make the paint job look better.

Kelly was great at always giving me daily updates! However, hearing from Ron that to buff out the door handle curtesy job they did, might cause more harm than good. The service ended on a bad note.

Was told the car was ready for pick up, but when I arrived the bumper was not installed. Told the next day the car was ready, but the backup camera was not hooked up. Had to return a third time to take the car home. Haven't checked the turn signal or brake lights yet. I supposes I should just to be certain they work.
