Confusion from start to finish. Estimate went up by $300 which was told to me before the repair but when I arrived to pick up my car, an invoice with a detailed breakdown was not offered to me. I had to explain why I needed an invoice that explained the additional costs and was there an hour until I received one. Not good customer service.
