There were many positives, people were gracious. The external repairs seemed just fine. I’m fairly certain the internals were also completed. When I first dropped off my vehicle I mentioned due the rear impact the maybe out of alignment. I mentioned this a few times. Originally when I tried to pick up the car, I asked what was the outcome of alignment? They directed me to service for a print out from “John” next door sure vehicle was out of alignment. I could go on with details, but alignment not covered by insurance etc. ultimately no one could be bothered to give adequate explanation even though I mentioned no fewer than 3 times. The hatch area was not tidy and much worse off than when we brought the vehicle into the shop. I would love to discuss with upper management thank you Ed Rice 937-287-6302.

My wife picked up the car and had to turn around after 5 minutes because the blinker was not installed correctly. 2 days later she was 50 miles from home and her hood was lose and looking like it was going to blow off. She had to get towed to your facility wich wasted her whole day. Do you inspect these vehicles before you say they are ready. Unbelievable.

I've never had to deal with getting a vehicle fixed because of an accident and it was taken care of through the other guys insurance, so I wasn't sure about the process but the folks at Voss took care of everything for me and answered any and all questions I had. The process was great.
