I have a 2001 F350 which I have had since it was new and they treated it and me like it was a new truck and I have taken care of it so they went above and beyond to keep looking that way the work and the service was first class as they always have done and I would recommend them to everyone.

The workmanship is excellent and the customer service is awesome, too. This is my 2nd time there - within 2 years - and both times I had the same team of J.B. and the crew and I couldn't be more pleased. I've already shared my experiences on social media and referred others to V&V Paint and Body Shop as a result, too. The body work for my bumpers and paint job looks so great! I was happy to get updates via text and/or phone call. If I could not be reached Sam left a voicemail which I appreciated. I know with used or after market and recycled parts things can look a bit different, e.g. color of my front lights shell, but overall my vehicle looks great.

My Experience

Sam and Donnie helped me through everything, and they were absolutely the best! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They made the entire process so much easier and were there to help with everything—from dealing with the insurance and getting a rental to helping me find the best place to get my car fixed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them or the experience. Everything was so great, and I truly appreciate all their help!
