I've had to return my vehicle once already, and will need to return it again a second time, due to audible noisees made in the areas of repair. It's costing me so much more money than just the deductible as I am out of work or while waiting for repairs. Or having a hard time finding a ride to work.

They always miss their deadlines. Whether it's at paint, or on Jason's side. He would tell me one day to pick up, I would call into work and then Jason wouldn't call me to pick up the car because it was late. So I lose money waiting on the correct date of pick up. Waited over 1 and a half months to initialy pick up my car. Not it's looking like 2 months. I've paid my car bills for those 2 months I had no car. Just not looking good when you think the shop is dependable and they prove you wrong almost 99% of the time.
