After I received some minor auto damage, I had to deal with the insurance company first, then V & V Paint & Body, (VVPB). I spent two months miscommunicating & missing the insurance company. Once they got me to step 2, an appointment was scheduled with VVPB. They told me what to expect & when to expect it. They were true to their word & gave me status updates along the way. The estimated time to complete the job was 14 days but, they completed it in 10 days. VVPB was very professional & the whole process on their part was painless & stress free.

V&V did a great job. They are a certified-Subaru body & paint shop with a high customer rating. V&V is who my Subaru dealership uses for their bodywork. Sam oversaw my vehicle's repair. I wanted OEM parts used even though the insurance company would not pay for it (was a 3rd party claim, I was not responsible & my car had no prior accidents). Sam submitted a supplemental insurance claim for additional required parts & labor, and, while the insurance co still denied OEM parts, Sam found me OEM parts for only about $45 more and also kept me well informed. Mercadeeze also did an excellent job explaining & coordinating the process between myself, V&V and the insurance co and also coordinated rental car delivery & pickup at V&V. My Subaru looks like new. I highly recommend V & V.
