Car came back beautifully. Simon was really helpful upfront in the process and was the reason I went to Wagner instead of McGovern - he just seemed like he knew his stuff and had a sense of what an undertaking this would be. I received frequent transparent communication, which went a long way since I was paying for a rental and wanted to stay apprised of how the timeline was looking. Overall will recommend and be back if ever needed!

Thanks for a fantastic job repairing my car, it looks even better than it did new! The whole team ar Wagner were awesome but I want to specifically call out Ray and Heather for their help throughout the entire process. From day one, they went above and beyond to make a stressful situation completely hassle-free. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I never had to call for an update because they were always one step ahead. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. They handled all the insurance details and even took care of getting me rental car. I was on a short time window to get this repair done. I tow a trailer for my kids scout troop if I’d hadn’t had the truck back in time, then 60 kids would have not had their gear for a camp out. You all made it happen, so our entire scout troop thanks you!

The folks at Wagner collusion are so professional and easy to do business with they make you forget why you’re there. When my BMW was in an accident they reassured me that I would get My BMW back like it never even happened. Their work is in the showroom ready category when they finished.
