Overall work was great. Most service personnel involved were great, but there is also negative part.

There was one minor area the shop missed. the shop said they will follow up with insurance to get that resolved. But nothing happened, not even after few status check.

I would definitely recommend Wagner. I know McGovern has opened a collision center, but I like the Wagner experience and craftsmanship (unfortunately 3X).
