Exception service especially from Ray who helped me clean my vehicle. He was very patient, even though I had reached there almost at their closing time. He wasn’t able to remove the number plate at that time. But next day he removed it with some special equipments and mailed it to me along with a check for some money he had found in the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Wagner as in addition to Ray the person I spoke to on the phone also very friendly ( sorry, forgot hr name) and answered all my questions.

The service people and your employees were excellent but it took a week because they ordered the wrong part. Then I was told the new part was less expensive but the final cost was about $200 over the original estimate. I am satisfied with the work.

All the staff I encountered were very helpful and professional. The whole process from bringing bringing the car in to the detail and process of the body work were explained to me.
