I was very happy with my repair to my vehicle. Michelle at the point of contact was very thorough with all of the paperwork, call backs and updates. It was nice to get my vehicle back without the bumps and bruises. In addition, all of the staff were friendly and professional.

I would recommend Wally’s Collision Center. They are noticeably cheaper than other shops in the area, the paint quality on the hood and roof is excellent, and they offer a unique warranty. The only reason it’s not a 10 is the communication could be better (emails went unanswered and I had to follow up by phone). Overall though, great value and solid work — I’d send a friend here.

I dropped my car off to have the hood and roof painted (the main work), along with fixing the rear bumper damage and small dents/chips. The owner was nice enough to call me right before they started to confirm the bumper and small items. The hood and roof turned out excellent — really nice factory-like color match and finish. I paid extra for the rear bumper and it looks great too. The only disappointment was that the small dents and chips were barely addressed (just a quick touch-up on one scratch). I also had to call after two weeks since my emails went unanswered. Overall the paint quality is very good and the owner is a nice guy. Just make sure to get all the details in writing. Recommended for the paint work!

The owner is friendly and great — he was kind enough to personally call me right before starting the job to confirm the details. That was really appreciated. The only issue was that my follow-up emails went unanswered, so I had to call after two weeks to get a status update. Overall, the owner is great to work with and the paint quality is excellent. Just a bit more follow-up on emails would make the experience even better.
