My neighbor backed into my car and dented the fender. No major damage but the fender needed to be replaced. Wally's did the work. nicely painted BUT reinstalling the fender scratched the door paint and someone wiped the headlight with some chemical and caused me to have the headlight buffed out again. Several days later I looked into my center console and found out that somebody at the shop had STOLEN about $ 10.00 worth of change out of the console. Can't trust anybody these days! My fault, I should have cleaned it out before dropping off the car. I don't suggest going to Wally's because of the first two items - paint damage on door and damaged headlight assembly that I had to have buffed out. Having a thief working for you doesn't make anyone feel secure.

One very small place to be buffed out where bumper meets ds front quarter panel. When headlights were unplugged, all memory lost on settings. All settings have been re-established.

Excellent service from Zach as my initial contact, offering me coffee and making me feel as a friend not a customer. We got on the subject of fishing and he proudly displayed pictures from his phone. And actually all personnel made me feel so welcomed, especially the cat with no name. I have told everyone who now see the finished product of my vehicle where it was done and all say it was a great job and will recommend Wally’s Collision Center

Extremely satisfied. They are such wonderful people. They are so up to date with their equipment. They have the best mechanic, Eric. The support staff is wonderful. They are truly just like a large family and they make their clients feel part of it.

I love Wally’s collision center, they work fast but carefully and they all know what they are doing. The whole enterprise runs so smoothly. Eric is the mechanic who works on my car and he is terrific. My is fifteen years old but they have kept it running so well. I love Debbie, she is Wally’s wife and she runs a tight ship. The best thing is they all get along so well together it is just like one big family. If you need your car done go to Wally’s they are without a doubt the best.
