The work itself and the in-person customer service was great, but the communication was not. I dropped my vehicle off for a planned estimate on a Thursday afternoon. I was told the repairs would begin that Friday or Monday. Parts were ordered early and they were on site, but the repairs had not started until the following Thursday. I did not have rental car coverage on my policy and I paid for a rental unnecessarily for a whole week that I could have been driving my vehicle. That's a simple enough phone call.

I understand it can be overwhelming at many times yet I feel the receptionist can try practicing to be more self aware of her tone of voice and the selective words to use when greeting and dealing with customers issues and how to handle things a wee bit more professional and courtesy yet know when to show some grace for herself as well .
