Super easy to work with and helped work with insurance to make sure we got the best view of what needed to be fixed after an accident. They communicated clearly and often to give me updates. I would take any car to them moving forward

I was not happy that they put an aftermarket windshield in my GMC sierra. Heads up display did not work correctly after the install. Had to wait over a week to get a new GM windshield which made me have to make another trip and waste more of my time. Service/staff were very friendly and apologetic though.

I was initially impressed with the promptness of the service they offered. After I brought my vehicle in for the estimate and the quick response and numerous photos and quoted repair cost. I was extremely frustrated when after they had my car for 2 weeks (I brought it in as soon as they had the parts and told me to bring it in) I called and it sounded as though they had just begun working on it! It was in the shop for almost 5 weeks.
