I went to Walser Collision and Glass because I have previously been there and have been very satisfied with their work and customer service. Not this time. Non of my questions were quickly addressed, but took multiple calls and discussions. Even on the last day the issue of my payment/insurance payment was not settled, which which we had discussed the prior week. This visit also required a battery change-- the battery I had no prior issues with, but was told apparently had been low. After the battery replacement, I had to return to fix /reprogram the windows. In any case, things were handled, and the people were nice, but could have been done far more efficiently.
