When I brought my car in for the estimate/evaluation the auto body technician gave me a 4 day fixing period but when I finally dropped off my vehicle for the work, the time frame when up to 2 weeks. Which caused an inconvenienced because I was really counting on the 4 days to get my car back. On my 1st visit I also mention some very small scratches and 1 penny size dent on my vehicle that I wanted the shop to fix which he offered to help for free or as he said “we will have our guys take care of them for you at no charge, don’t worry” which at the end I ended up paying for it and the scratches were still still there. Overall I’m decently satisfied with the body work they performed on my vehicle but I am dissatisfied with the things they promised to do just to get my business and didn’t delivered.

Overall both of the representatives were great to talk to but it was definitely a turned off when they didn’t delivered on the certain things they promised but didn’t do.

Brought my truck in for them to see if PDR would work on a dent on my tailgate. The guy that does the PDR tried but was not happy with the result. He asked that they not charge me as he recognized my vehicle from a previous PDR repair job (which resulted in a flawless fix mind you). It took the time that they said it would, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Although the repair this time wasn’t perfect, it looks better and they didn’t charge me a dime. I can’t ask for more than trying. Great service for return customer. I’ll be back for sure.
