We are going into an appt at dealership to find out about the broken latch from our removable bench seat. I was unable to reconnect with our Walser collision rep at the time of pick up. Jeff took over for our original service rep who had a scheduled vacation. State Farm delays were happening but Walser collision handled it well working with the adjuster.

Cant come up with a negative comment about your crew. They were quick to respond to my phone calls, took care of a minor issue add on during repairs with the other insurer, they kept me very well informed of duration, status of repairs!! The repaired area looks great. Cant tell a repair was made!! Thank you. Have used you before to repair this car when it was broadsided by a shopping cart! This repaired area still looks great!!

I had to call to get information. I only once received a call giving me a brief update. While everyone was helpful and friendly, I felt better communication is needed.
