I appreciated your team keeping me updated with everything that was going on while my car was in your care. You guys went above and beyond to make sure that my car was like new. I really appreciate TK for keeping me at ease when my car unfortunately stopped running and give me his best advice to help me figure out what I needed to do from that point on. I had to send it to the Hyundai Dealership once Walt Sweeney finished their part and he helped me out with a loaner until the next issue was t resolved and I’m happy I have my baby back!! Thanks to the Walt Sweeney Team🫶🏽

Front turn signals are not working & temperature read out is not working. I suspect tech forgot to plug in wiring loom when installing front bumper cover. Now I have to return to have thos do e which is irritating however I understand these things happen.

I chose this shop through my insurance and it was not satisfactory. I tried picking my finished car up three times and the damages were not done correctly. So I had to wait a month and four days to actually get and keep my car. So do to the push back times and waiting for the person to return from vacation to get my car fixed I had to pay the balance of my rental which totaled up to almost four hundred dollars. I paid my deductible the first time now I'm paying for the rental due to the collision shops mishaps. I would like to speak to someone about this because the push back times were not my fault.
