They did a great job keeping me updated on my car repairs. I have a BMW and it was a challenge getting some parts but they keep me informed. I had a past repair adjuster reel me that the re pairs they made to my car were exceptional work and they see repairs every day in their business. This keeps me coming back even though my car was a BMW I went to an auto repair at a Ford dealership because of the level of service !

This is our third time in the collision center, last year both of our boys were T-boned and this year one slid on ice. They greeted me by name and remembered me. The truck looks fantastic! I appreciated the communication during the repair process. Hopefully we will not have to be back but if we do need collision repair this is the only place I trust!
