The process was very easy. Staff was great about keeping me informed. Took a while with part delays but nothing you can do about it. The staff was great about seeking out all available options to keep the process moving forward. REALLY appreciated the loaner car after I ran out of rental car coverage days

There is damage to the rear spoiler that i will have to return for the fix. All the folks i dealt with were professional and caring so no complaints there. Just work is not complete.
