First, repairs took a week longer due to delay in ordering parts (I'm still waiting on emblems), there's now a vibration that wasn't present prior to repairs, and the truck was returned full of repair dust. The representative could use some training in customer service too!

When I got the vehicle back it still wasn't completed. Waiting on a logo, the off market running boards are horrible with snow and ice, both rear turn signal bulbs were out, the passenger side tail light is broke, the side mirror is scratched and still had the markings from the junk yard, in s ide the cab and bed of truck has repair dust all over, there's a hose loose under the truck, and the rear vibration in the truck was never fixed . Still haven't heard back from body shop and it seems the repairs aren't going to be done!

Wasn't completed when I was told it was ready for pick up. Change and lighter stole out of my truck. Paint over spray on my whole truck
