Satisfied but there were hiccups and I know the waiting of the parts were out of their control. But Please check the car thoroughly before returning the car to customers. I found out that there were defects to the parts installed upon receiving and checking the car. So, I refused to receive the car with defects. We have waited another 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered. Satisfied after the rectification. Thank you very much!

Had a not so bad not so good experience. They did whatever they can to get the parts from GM. But the only thing I did not like was telling me my car was completed at first and not checking it properly with defective parts which resulted in another almost 2 weeks waiting. I discovered the issue myself when I received my car at first and the mechanic or repair man knows it that there was a defect but still they said nothing about it.

Only thing I was not satisfied was, receiving the car with defects on the parts installed that I found when they said the repair was done. Which resulted in another 2 weeks repair due to the parts delivery time. They rectified the issue and replaced the defective parts. I am satisfied with the repair. But please do not return the car or declare that the repair is complete when there is an issue with the car. It’s either their QC is not doing their job well or they were trying to see if I will accept the car with the parts defect. 1-3 days for a bumper repair became 2 weeks.

communication was very good! Personnel at the desk were very nice and polite. There could have been some small little touches that would have made a big impact like washing my car before I came pick it up. But overall I'm mostly satisfied. I may take my car back to have some small adjustments but overall it was a good experience.
