The vehicle was not repaired properly and is now headed back to another shop. The Walter Colson's Body Shop missed major issues with the brakes and the struts, as well as used cheap unwarranted parts that now need to be replaced (they left the tag on it).

The customer support was "Ok". I understand that the timing of the accident was poor with it being right before the holidays, but with my being from another city the shop could have put extra effort and gone the extra mile to help in making it so I could return home a bit sooner as well as having repaired the car with higher quality knowing that I would not be able to return to their shop.
