The car was repaired but a couple items could have been handled differently: the mirror was loose and the hood and roof were not painted. I was told “the car is 12 years old and the chips are usual wear and tear” rather than consulting with us to find out if these chips were apparent before the accident, It was decided to leave these areas untouched. I feel the some or most of the chips were as a result of the accident. These areas should have been repainted.
