Hello Warren’s Auto Body! I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience with your company! A happy individual begins with customer service.I was most surprised with the lovely receptionist and her attention to detail while scheduling my car repair. Every date was arranged with my schedule in mind! I was excited to get my car back in a timely manner and the the shop did a fantastic job on my repair! What a relief! When I headed out from Warren’s, something just seemed different. I’ll say, the interior of my car was immaculate!! Warren’s not only repaired my car body to perfection, but also cleaned every inch of the interior!!! What a fantastic surprise. Oh I also need to mention the little goodies they left for me like trash bag, note pad, and floor covering! The unbelievable experience I had with Warren’s went above and beyond anything I’ve come across in a very long time!! Starting with Linea in customer service (I want Linea for my new best friend!!) to the fantastic appearance the body shop performed on my car. There is one and only one body shop I would work with, and that shop is Warren’s Auto Body located in Burlington!! Huge Thanks, Angie

I was so delighted to get into my car and WOW, the entire car was beautiful! The carpeting was vacuumed and the console was detailed! Then, here I find a variety of useful products! This experience with Warren’s just can’t be surpassed!! Thank you Warren’s for a most wonderful experience!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. They went above and beyond for me and I was very thankful to have found them. The work on my car looks great. They took it next store because I asked for an oil change, not knowing they didn’t really do that, and they took care of it. They even cleaned the inside and washed the outside before I picked it up. I have never been this impressed with a business taking care of my car before.

The overall repairs were completed very timely and look excellent. The pricing was very fair. The office manager, Linnea, (I used an assumed title as a guess) was outstanding. She was spot on with review of the damages, provided excellent communication, and made the process as pain feee as it could be. I would highly recommend Warren Auto Body in Burlington Wisconsin.
