They were wonderful. They fought valiantly with your company to get me the type of car I needed, based on my recent knee surgery. They were very apologetic and frustrated, as was I, that the agent assigned to my claim showed no consideration for my situation. Thus, setting my rehab back considerably. The office staff kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of the repair. Very professional and personable.
