Communication was a great experience! I also thank you for your military appreciation and support! I had to mark that I wasn’t completely satisfied due to just a few things. Some things I noted about the work done on my truck (I’ve seen your other work and have been impressed, my truck not so much.) in the daylight the orange peel looks non existent, but as soon as the shade comes into play the paint looks very sub par, there was dust that was wet sanded out and spots all over the truck that have zero orange peel which highlight the flaws. The whole truck needs a good wet sanding cut and buff. The repairs were over $20,000 in total so I thought I would have been blown away by the paint. Also I noticed neither drivers side headlight or fog light work. I’m sure it’s an easy fix but it’s something that also should have been noticed when doing your quality check. Also the rims were rotated but there’s no way any of them were replaced because 2 of them still have the same damage from the accident. Overall I would say my experience with customer service and communication have been a 10/10. However not very impressed with the craftsmanship, if these issues can be addressed in a timely manner then I will be a very satisfied customer. If the issues don’t get fixed I can’t recommend this shop to anyone. I’m sorry but I can’t vouch for craftsmanship if I’m not completely satisfied. I’m sure Warren and his team will make this right though because the kind lady at the front desk was very reassuring. Thank you for your time reading this. I’ll be looking forward to our next conversation.
