Christine Jeff is Professional. This was my first accident, as I did not know the process or what to expect. She reassured and guided me through the steps from the Insurance ,Insurance Adjuster, disassemble And Assemble my car to Factory ,Lexus standards most importantly SAFETY Communication and customer service is key!
