I checked reviews before choosing a repair facility for my van and Waterford Collision stood out immediately. Tom got things rolling quickly and answered my question. It did take a lot longer than originally estimated, nearly 6 weeks total, but I'd pick quality over speed every time. The van looks great and was even detailed inside.

I was exceedingly satisfied with the work done. I also received a loaner, which was very good. All staff was very professional. Car had completely been washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Took my car in for collision repair and Waterford Collision not only did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the status with text updates, but the made my car look as close to new again as possible! Not only with their amazing exterior work, but the also fully detailed the interior! I felt like I was driving a newer car off the dealership lot.
